Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the booking terms agreed at confirmation, advance amount, travel arrangements, samagri purchase and notice period. If samagri or travel has already been arranged, related costs may be deducted.
No Show or Late Changes
If the customer is unavailable at the confirmed time or changes the location at the last moment, additional charges may apply.
Rescheduling
When possible, we try to support genuine date or time changes. Rescheduling is subject to Pandit availability, travel plan and the revised muhurat requested by the customer.
